2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For most courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you meet the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of enrollment
  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded or accessed substantial course materials
  • Your request is submitted in writing to [email protected]

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Eligible for Full Refund

  • Course cancellation by Edunews 4 U
  • Technical issues that prevent course access for more than 7 consecutive days
  • Significant course content mismatch from description (subject to review)
  • Request made within 14 days with minimal course completion

Eligible for Partial Refund

  • Medical emergencies with supporting documentation
  • Serious unforeseen circumstances (assessed case-by-case)
  • Prorated refunds for monthly subscriptions upon cancellation

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Course completion beyond 25% of content
  • Requests made after 14-day period without exceptional circumstances
  • Downloaded or accessed significant course materials
  • Change of mind after actively participating in the program
  • Failure to complete the course due to lack of time or motivation

4. Monthly Subscription Services

For our mentorship program and other subscription services:

  • You can cancel anytime with at least 7 days notice before next billing
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months already billed
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your name, order number, and reason for the refund
  3. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
  4. We will review your request within 5 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

6. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-7 business days.

7. Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative method.

8. Administrative Fees

We do not charge administrative fees for refunds requested within our standard policy terms. However, payment processing fees charged by third-party providers are non-refundable.

9. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Courses purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds will be for the amount actually paid, not the original undiscounted price.

10. Certificate and Completion Status

If you receive a refund, any certificates earned will be revoked, and your completion status will be removed from our records.

11. UK Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK legislation.

For digital content, you have the right to a refund if the content is faulty. You may also have rights if content doesn't match its description or isn't provided with reasonable skill and care.
